Terms of Use

RelevantUse LLC · Effective 8 October 2026

What these terms cover

These terms apply to Threlay's products, Develop and Mirror for macOS and Proof for Chrome, and the threlay.com website, all made by RelevantUse LLC. Using any of them means accepting these terms. Other RelevantUse products are governed by the terms at relevantuse.com/terms.

Early access

Threlay's products are in private release. Access is by invitation, and an invitation is personal to you. Features may change, be removed, or break between releases, and we may end the early access program or your access to it at any time. We tell you before we do, when we can.

Your data is yours

Everything you make or sync with Threlay's products belongs to you. Develop and Proof keep it on your computer. Mirror encrypts it on your Mac with a key we never have, so we cannot read it, hand it to anyone, or recover it for you. You are responsible for keeping your Mirror passkey and recovery code. If you lose both, the data on our servers is unrecoverable, and we cannot help beyond deleting it.

Your accounts

Mirror needs an Apple ID and an account with us. Develop and Proof need no account with us. Keep your account for yourself; do not share invitations or credentials. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Claude, Codex, and other services

Develop works through the official Claude Code and Codex tools, signed in with your own Anthropic or OpenAI account. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any charges for them are between you and them. The same goes for GitHub and for any tool you connect.

The software is licensed, not sold

You may install Threlay's products on the computers you use and use them for personal or commercial work. You may not resell or redistribute them, work around their access controls, or use them to store or move material you do not have the right to.

Storage

Each Mirror account has a storage allowance shown in the app. When it is full, sync pauses until you remove older versions or change your retention rules. We may change the allowance for the early access program with notice in the app.

No warranty

Threlay's products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RelevantUse LLC does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will preserve every file. Keep your own backups; Mirror never deletes local history on your Macs, and that is your copy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelevantUse LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from use of Threlay's products.

Ending

You may stop at any time by removing a product and, for Mirror, asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. Encrypted data is deleted when the account is closed.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Threlay's products after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
